February 2013 – October 2017
Combined my professional expertise with my non-profit experience and my interest in the arts in leading the Dairy Arts Center to its greatest success in all areas in its twenty-five-year history. Completed a capital campaign and oversaw subsequent $6.2 million renovation of this multi-arts center. Led the rejuvenation of programming in three performance theaters, four art gallery spaces, educational workshops, and an art house cinema. Over 300,000 times this year patrons will engage with The Dairy.

Provided brand and marketing strategy for a diverse set of clients including Craters & Freighters, a national franchise company; Incriptus, an Australian technology start-up; the Jana Matthews Group, an international small business consulting firm; and TruEffect, a digital advertising technology company.
Australia & New Zealand
October 2008 – November 2010
Contracted by Publicis (headquartered in Paris, France) to initiate a digital marketing agency, Myne, in Australia and New Zealand. Responsible for the launch of the company, the development of its service offerings, and the creation of innovative ways to leverage mobile phone and social media capabilities for leading Australian and New Zealand brands. While in Australia, served on the Board of Directors for the marketing department at Sydney University and provided strategic consultation to the Sydney Symphony and the Sydney Opera House.
October 2005 – September 2008
Responsible for the brand and all market activities to support the brand. Branded and launched the world's largest and fastest national mobile network. Managed the Telstra brand through the process of becoming a public company and achieved world-leading results in the telco category, helping Telstra be named as Australia's most valuable brand in 2008.

Founded and owned STRATECOM, a marketing, advertising, public relations firm in Boulder, Colorado. Led the strategic and creative direction for annual reports, media advertising, public relations, sales support, event sponsorship, new product development, branding initiatives, and online marketing for nearly 150 brands nationally and internationally. Won numerous local, regional and national awards for marketing excellence.
